COMPOSITION FOR COATING ROAD PAVEMENT WITH QUICK DRYING CHARACTERISTIC

PURPOSE: A quick-drying coating agent composition for coating road is provided to maintain quick-drying property at lower than 20deg.C by using monomer instead of using water or solvent. CONSTITUTION: A quick-drying coating agent composition for coating road comprises 20.3-38.7 weight% of coating agent composition and 61.3-79.7 weight% of functional material. The coating agent composition comprises 38-42 weight% of methyl metha acrylate monomer, 18-22weight% of 2-ethyl hexyl acrylate monomer, butyl acrylate monomer, 6-10weight% of butyl acrylate monomer, 0.8-1.2 weight% of paraffin wax, 0.8-1.2weight% of dimethyl-para-toluidine, and methyl methacrylate polymer with butyl2-methyl-2-propenoic acid and 2-methyl-2-propenoic acid. The functional materials include silica for preventing slips, material for preventing sedimentation, calcium carbonate for forming coating film, inorganic pigment for displaying color, and pearl for heat isolation.
