<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing many film capacitors more efficiently at a sufficiently low manufacturing cost. <P>SOLUTION: After forming metallikon electrodes 29, respectively, on a pair of end faces facing each other of a capacitor element 12 which is attached to a pressure device 38 and compression-deformed, the capacitor element 12 is subjected to aging heat treatment while attaching the capacitor element 12 to the pressure device 38. Subsequently, the capacitor element 12 is further subjected to aging heat treatment in a state of being removed from the pressure device 38 thus fixing compression-deformed state of the capacitor element 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
