<p>A mobile terminal payment method and mobile terminal are disclosed in the present invention. The method includes that: a mobile terminal collects body characteristic data; the mobile terminal judges whether the collected body characteristic data accords with prestored body characteristic data; and if the judgement result is yes, the mobile terminal payment is performed.
