PURPOSE: A solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to enhance features of a light absorbing layer by sodium diffused into the light absorbing layer by heat treatment. CONSTITUTION: A first electrode layer(20) is formed on a support substrate. A light absorbing layer(30) is formed on the first electrode layer. A surfactant is located on the light absorbing layer. The light absorbing layer is treated by heat. The light absorbing layer is cleaned. The light absorbing layer is treated by heat hotter than the previous heat treatment. A second electrode layer is formed on the light absorbing layer. |
