<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication control device and a communication and control system which enable each control device to operate synchronously. <P>SOLUTION: In a communication and control system in which a communication control device is connected to, via a network, a plurality of control devices which include actuators to operate a control object, the communication control device gives a control command to the control devices, synchronizes clock time of the communication control device and the control devices, obtains a communication delay time with each of the control devices, collects a control processing activation time of each of the control devices, defines a clock time obtained by subtracting the control processing activation time from a prescribed clock time as the start clock time of a control device, calculates a clock time obtained by subtracting the communication delay time from the start clock time for each control device, and transmits the control command to the control devices before the earliest clock time of the calculated clock times. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
