<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for electrically-driven steering lock in which the occurrence of a trouble can be obviated by exactly grasping an exchange time of an electric motor. <P>SOLUTION: The device for electrically-driven steering lock includes: a counter 31 which counts the number of times a lock member 6 (lock bolt) has moved to a lock or unlock position; a move-time number storing means 33 that stores the number of move times counted by the counter 31; a durable-time number storing means 34 for storing the number of durable operation times of the electric motor 14; and an informing means 35 for informing of the time of the exchange of the electric motor 14 so that a CPU (control means) 19 is adapted to execute first information control when the number of move times X stored in the move-time number storing means 33 attains the first number of durable times Y1 stored in the durable-time number storing means 34, and when the number of move times X exceeds a first number of durable times Y1 to attain a second number of durable times Y2, then executes second information control other than the first information control. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
