<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell module which reduces stress remained in the interior of a resin adhesive inserted between a wiring material and a connection electrode, and to provide a method for manufacturing the solar cell module. <P>SOLUTION: A solar cell module includes: solar cells 10, each of which has a connection electrode 40; a wiring material 11 placed on the connection electrode 40; and a resin adhesive 12 inserted between the connection electrode 40 and the wiring material 11. Each connection electrode 40 has irregularities on a surface to which the wiring material 11 is connected, and the irregularities include projecting parts which directly contact with the wiring material 11 in an area where the resin adhesive 12 is inserted. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
