<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device where a feeling that flickering of a spirit level when the imaging device is kept to a reference posture is unpleasant and impression that the imaging device is difficult to be adjusted to the reference posture are hard to be given to a user without deteriorating resolution of the spirit level. <P>SOLUTION: The posture of an imaging device is detected (S401).
