PURPOSE: A method for detecting a novel target gene of a specific microRNA is provided to quickly and simply detect novel target gene of microRNA. CONSTITUTION: A method for detecting target mRNA of synthetic microRNA comprises: a step of preparing cDNA library of a sample; a step of preparing an RNA library including 5`capping and 3` poly A tailing; a step of administering the synthetic microRNA during in vitro protein synthesis; a step of confirming protein synthesis amount according to the presence of the synthetic microRNA; and a step of sorting target microRNA with suppressed protein synthesis.
