<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor identifying a specific pattern at a high speed using sampling data in image data and identifying even various fluctuations at a high speed, and to provide a method thereof. <P>SOLUTION: An image processor registers information for determining at least one specific pattern in an image, inputs image data, extracts a distribution of prescribed features from the input image data, generates a first feature distribution map representing the distribution of the features, applies a conversion for mitigating localization of the first feature distribution map to generate a second feature distribution map, and determines to which pattern out of the specific pattern the image data belongs, by using sampling data on the second feature distribution map and the registered information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
