PURPOSE: A permanent anchor for reinforcing a slope and soil nailing and a construction method thereof are provided to stabilize tensile force by enduring tensile stress using a reinforced concrete column. CONSTITUTION: A permanent anchor(100) for reinforcing a slope and soil nailing comprises an anchor(110), a free anchor(120), and a packer(130). The anchor has multiple rods(111a), pressure plates(112,112a), and a cage(111). The pressure plates are coupled to both ends of the rods. The free anchor is connected to the anchor. The packer is adhered to a perforated hole in order to separate the anchor and the free anchor from the ground. |
