<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital camera capable of improving performance to follow up a focus adjustment operation during continuous shooting. <P>SOLUTION: A digital camera comprises: an image element 1; a timing generator TG 3 which reads out first image data for recording a still image from the first image element 1; a recording medium 9 to record and store the first image data after providing the same with image processing; a sorting section 13 to generate second image data for display from the first image data; a thin-film transistor TFT 7 to display an image based on the second image data; and an AF evaluation value calculation section 15 to detect at least one evaluation value based on the second image data. The digital camera concurrently executes operations to record the still image in the recording medium 9, to display the second image data at the thin-film transistor TFT 7 and to detect the AF evaluation value by the AF evaluation value calculation section 15. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
