<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parking lot management system capable of putting information based on an on-vehicle camera and a sensor to use for managing a parking lot. <P>SOLUTION: A parking lot management system of the present invention is to manage traffic in a parking lot having plural parking spaces, and includes guiding means for guiding a vehicle having vehicle peripheral condition detection means for detecting a condition around the vehicle so that the vehicle is parked in a predetermined parking space arranged so as to have parking spaces for two vehicles unoccupied between each occupied parking space.
