<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid transport device and a fluid transport method using the same, for reducing a load applied to a pump, and reducing cost in pumping up fluid. <P>SOLUTION: This well water transport device 8 includes the pump 12 arranged in the bottom part vicinity of a well 10 for storing well water 24, a water introducing pipe 14 for flowing the well water 24 forcibly fed by this pump 12 and a compressor 18 for injecting air 20 via an air feed pipe 16 into a midway part of the water introducing pipe 14.
