PURPOSE: A water tank with a reinforced inner concrete surface is provided to secure strong adhesion and superior waterproof effect of coating on the inner surface of a water tank. CONSTITUTION: A water tank with a reinforced inner concrete surface comprises a primer layer(120), a polyurethane foam layer(130), a first polyurea layer(140), and a second polyurea coating layer(150). The primer layer is formed by removing foreign materials and arranging the inner surface(110) of a water tank(100) and spraying primer to the thickness of 50μm. The polyurethane foam layer is formed by spraying polyurethane foam to a thickness of 10-15mm at a density of 50±1.5kg/cm^3. The first polyurea layer is formed by spraying polyurea to the thickness of 2.0mm on the surface of the polyurethane foam layer after drying the polyurethane foam layer for one day. The second polyurea coating layer is formed by spraying polyurea to the thickness of 50μm on the surface of the first polyurea layer. |
