PURPOSE: A sight line domain determination apparatus and method thereof are provided to accurately determine a relation between a reception point and a transmission point by using a handover analysis method. CONSTITUTION: A sight line determination unit(120) determines a sight line domain between a transmission point and a reception point. An adjacent transmission point determination unit(130) determines the adjacent transmission point which creates a link with the reception point of the adjacent transmission points. An overlapped domain determination unit(140) determines the sight line domain between the reception point and the adjacent transmission point in case one or more transmission points are existed.
