PURPOSE: Functional ginseng chicken soup using dendropanax morbifera, and a producing method thereof are provided to offer improved taste and medical effects of the chicken soup to eaters. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of functional ginseng chicken soup using dendropanax morbifera comprises the following steps: removing blood from chicken feet using cold water, and heating to obtain the heated chicken feet; boiling fresh water, the chicken feet, the dendropanax morbifera, astragalus membranaceus, crataegus pinnatifida, and angelica gigas for 120-180 minutes to obtain stock; seasoning chicken with salt and black pepper powder after removing the blood, and filling the inside of the chicken with hard-boiled rice, jujube, chestnut, and garlic; and boiling the stuffed chicken in the stock for 90-150 minutes. |
