PURPOSE: A safe toe webbing coated by acrylic resin and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to have strength for replacing previous plate and flexibility to install in the corner without cutting work. CONSTITUTION: A safe toe webbing coated by acrylic resin comprises a center material layer(100), a coating layer(300), multiple holes(200), and a fixing member. The center material layer is composed of a fabric weaving with high strength polyester yarn. The coating layer is located in the upper and lower parts of the center material layer and includes a water-soluble acrylic resin and a pigment. The multiple holes are formed in both sides of the center material layer in predetermined interval. The fixing member is inserted into the holes to fix.
