<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hologram forming apparatus and a hologram forming method which can record holograms onto various types of recorded media with a simple configuration without requiring high pressure, when a hologram shape is transferred onto the recorded medium from a hologram master. <P>SOLUTION: In the hologram forming apparatus and the hologram forming method including a hologram plate S and a pair of heating rollers 51 and 52 comprises a nip portion of the pair of the heating rollers 51 and 52 heated at a temperature equal to or higher than the temperature of melting a toner image formed in a recorded medium P, in a state in which the hologram plate S and the recorded medium P are brought into pressure contact with each other in the nip portion to form a hologram in the recorded medium P, a cooling member 31 and a peeling member 32c are provided in the downstream side of the nip portion. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
