<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce possibility that an air conditioner stops the operation before temperature in a room reaches a preset temperature. <P>SOLUTION: A controller 100a decides whether time when a human sensor 130 does not detect a person is longer than a first predetermined time and whether time after an air conditioning unit 120 starts the operation is longer than a second predetermined time.
