<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide information indicating nearest parking lots available for parking a user' car to a portable terminal of the user in real time. <P>SOLUTION: A parking lot information providing server 4 includes a part 41 for extracting parking lots located within a certain area upon receiving a retrieval reference address, a part 42 for specifying a travelling route of a portable terminal 2 based on the relationship between the terminal locational information and the retrieval reference address, and a part 43 for calculating a priority score for each extracted parking lot based on a distance from the travelling route to each parking lot and determining the parking lot whose information is to be presented based on the priority score. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
