<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle seat for preventing a creak from being generated without utilizing any mold lubricant and adhesive. <P>SOLUTION: A trim cover of a vehicle seat is an integrally foamed article, where a bag body 3 is formed of a skin material 1 and a back supporting fabric 2 and a foaming liquid is injected into the bag body 3, thus bringing a foamed pad supported by a frame into close contact with the back of the bag body 3, and hence preventing a creak from being generated even without utilizing any adhesive. Further, the foaming liquid does not abut on a metal mold 10 even if the bag body 3 is put into the metal mold 10 for forming, thus eliminating the need for coating a cavity surface of the metal mold 10 with the mold lubricant. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
