<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor laser array capable of sufficiently radiating heat and capable of reducing the interval between light-emitting points. <P>SOLUTION: A semiconductor laser array 100 comprises a plurality of semiconductor laser elements 201 to 205. The plurality of semiconductor laser elements 201 to 205 respectively include optical waveguides 201a to 205a using a first end face 301 and a second end face 302 as both ends. At least one semiconductor laser element 201 of the plurality of semiconductor laser elements 201 to 205 includes a reflection surface 221b formed between the first end face 301 and the second end face 302 of the optical waveguide 201a.
