<p>Provided is a non-contact power transmission device which can be made thinner without a drop in power transmission capability. A non-contact power transmission device is provided with: a primary coil (2) which generates a magnetic flux (F1), a secondary coil (4) which is arranged facing the primary coil (2), and which receives power in a non-contact manner from the primary coil (2) due to electromagnetic induction; a magnetic-substance layer (5) which covers the opposite side of the secondary coil (4) to the side facing the primary coil (2), so that the magnetic flux (F1) passes through; a magnet section (7) which is provided in a manner so as to be able to switch between two magnetic poles, and which generates a magnetic flux (F2) that is greater than the difference between the maximum value of the first magnetic flux (F1) and the saturated magnetic flux of the magnetic-substance layer (5), and that passes through the magnetic-substance layer (5) along the direction in which the magnetic-substance layer (5) spreads out; and a magnetic pole switching unit (8) which detects the direction of the first magnetic flux (F1), and switches the magnetic pole of the magnet section (7) so as to generate a magnetic flux (F2) in the opposite direction to the direction of the first magnetic flux (F1).</p> |
