<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steering wheel structure having an airbag module capable of protecting a spring element so that the spring element of a dynamic damper is not damaged, enhancing the productivity by improving the assembly work efficiency, correctly fixing the position of the spring element, and adequately damping the vibration. <P>SOLUTION: The steering wheel structure includes a spring unit 12 which is provided between an airbag module and a horn bracket to constitute a dynamic damper by transmitting the vibration of a steering wheel to the airbag module. The spring unit includes an elastic body 17 for transmitting the vibration, a synthetic resin-made protector (a shell piece 23) which is fitted to a horn plate to accommodating the elastic body therein in an elastically deformable manner, and a cutout part 20 and a regulating projecting part 28 provided between the protector and the elastic body to regulate the rotation of the elastic body inside the protector. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
