PURPOSE: A constitution method of a communication device is provided to reduce delay and resource of additional procedures and to reduce transmission standby power of a second cell. CONSTITUTION: A UE(User Equipment) is managed by a first network of a wireless communication system. After the terminal receives a handover command from an advanced network, the terminal releases one or more secondary cells(502). The handover command shows handover of the terminal from the advanced network. |
