<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a search system in which the location of a search target can be obtain at lower costs. <P>SOLUTION: A search system 1 includes: a transmitter 30 which is provided correspondingly to the location of a search target and transmits a signal; a server for controlling operation of the transmitter 30; and a terminal device 10 for receiving the signal transmitted from the transmitter. The terminal device 10 includes: a communication section 16 for transmitting an identification code and receiving a radio wave transmitted from the transmitter 30; and a notification section 17 for notifying information on the location of the search target corresponding to the identification code on the basis of the radio wave from the transmitter 30. The server 20 includes: a communication section 26 for receiving the identification code transmitted from the terminal device 10; a storage device 23 for storing correspondence information making the identification code correspond to the transmitter 30; and a CPU 11 which identifies a transmitter corresponding to an identification code on the basis of the identification code and the correspondence information and operates the identified transmitter. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
