<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a commit interval automatic controller capable of properly controlling a commit interval. <P>SOLUTION: Input means inputs a plurality of pieces of structured data which are to be registered with a structured database and include structure identification information for identifying structures which the pieces of structured data have. First acquisition means acquires structure identification information included in the plurality of pieces of structured data inputted. Second acquisition means acquires a commit interval stored in commit interval storage means, in association with the structure identification information acquired by the first acquisition means. Update processing means registers respective pieces of structured data inputted by the input means, with the structured database.
