<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it takes a long time for a tester to manually conduct an operation confirmation test in which a large volume of high-speed serial data is repeatedly transmitted and received plural times. <P>SOLUTION: A serial communication card testing device according to one embodiment includes: a serial communication path; a reference serial communication card; a test target serial communication card; a first processor having a storage unit and a CPU; a network; a second processor having a storage unit and a CPU; and a controller for loading each test program into each of the storage units of the processors, issuing an operation command, and controlling data transmission and reception between each of the serial communication cards. The controller makes each of the serial communication cards repeat serial data transmission and reception for plural times, collects transmitted and received data pieces from each of the storage units after the transmission and reception are completed, and conducts an operation confirmation test of the test target serial communication card by mutually comparing the data pieces. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
