PACKET COMMUNICATION SYSTEM, RADIATION CONTROLLER, ANTENNA CONTROL METHOD, AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a packet communication system or the like which allows automatic adjustment of antenna directivity without changing a radio interface of a relay radio device, even when fluctuation of transmission timing of a packet occurs due to CSMA/CA or the like in the relay radio device.

SOLUTION: An interference avoidance part 9 makes fluctuation of transmission timing of a packet occur by processing such as CSMA/CA. A electric wave radiation device 5 can control a radiation direction and/or radiation intensity. A packet generation part 7 generates a switching control packet by changing a characteristic excluding contents (for example, packet length or transmission intensity) based on a switching series for specifying the radiation direction and/or radiation intensity. A radiation control part 21 observes the characteristic or the like excluding contents of the switching control packet and specifies one or more of bits as antenna control information. The radiation control part 21 controls the whole directivity of a directional antenna part 23 based on a bit series containing the one or more of specified bits.
