<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device that determines a cutting state or a non-cutting state of a fuse with accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: A semiconductor device has: a fuse resistance circuit including a fuse and a predetermined resistance element connected in series to the fuse; a reference resistance circuit including a specific resistance element having a resistance value larger than a resistance value of the fuse resistance circuit at the time when the fuse is in a non-cutting state by a predetermined resistance value; and a determination circuit that outputs a cutting signal indicating that the fuse is in the cutting state in the case that the resistance value of the fuse resistance circuit is larger than that of the reference resistance circuit, and outputs a non-cutting signal indicating that the fuse is in the non-cutting state in the case that the resistance value of the fuse resistance circuit is smaller than that of the reference resistance circuit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
