The present invention relates to a patient monitoring system of a wireless remote communication system for medical use, wherein the vital signs of a patient collected by a PMS are wirelessly transmitted to a sub-monitoring device to integrally manage a variety of groups of PMS information, the system including: a PMS converting a vital sign of a patient into an analog signal and wirelessly transmitting an RF signal merging the analog signal into a local oscillation frequency signal generated according to a transmission frequency band channel; and a sub-monitoring device receiving and analyzing the RF signal according to a protocol processing criteria to check the vital sign.
