<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide carbon nanotube dispersion where uniform coating is performed without causing unevenness when being coated on glass and various metal base materials and resins and by which a conductive coated film is formed on the base materials. <P>SOLUTION: Double-walled carbon nanotube dispersion is characterized in that (1) a median diameter based on the measurement of particle size distribution is 100-4,000 nm, (2) an average length of the double-walled carbon nanotubes is 0.5-4.0 μm and (3) surface tension at 20°C measured by a hanging drop method is 35 mN/m or less. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
