<p>The present invention relates to upper body exercise equipment, and comprises: a support part in which a pair of rotational hinge pieces are integrally joined to a first frame; a rotational part in which rotational bars are rotatably joined to the rotational hinge pieces, and of which the rotational range is limited; a cushion part which is foldably joined to the support part and supports the user's hips and back; and a tension part which incorporates a band that provides a resilient force when the rotational part rotates and is joined to the support part and the rotational part in such a way that a plurality of rollers can roll and turn; there being the advantageous effect that muscles in various areas can easily be trained without changing the action or replacing exercise equipment.</p> |
