LOW-ROCKING OFFSHORE LOADING SYSTEM AND OFFSHORE FLOATING BODY PROVIDED WITH THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a more compact and highly efficient low-rocking offshore loading system which can perform rocking control for suppressing the rocking of a load such as a lifted cargo caused by the vertical movement of a loading mechanism on the ocean and keep its position constant.

SOLUTION: In the low-rocking offshore loading system for performing rocking control, a power storage part 13 for storing DC power is connected to a part of a power feeding line 11 from a power generator 5 to an inverter 7, regeneration energy is stored from an electric motor 9 during regeneration in the rocking control, and the stored energy is supplied to the electric motor 9 during powering.
