KEY PANEL UNIT AND ELECTRONIC APPARATUS EQUIPPED WITH THE KEY PANEL UNIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a key panel unit which has waterproof and compact placement structure of an operation key part mounted on an electronic apparatus, and to provide an electronic apparatus equipped with the key panel unit.

SOLUTION: An electronic apparatus includes a key substrate placed on the outer surface side of a housing and a key panel unit placed on the outer surface side relative to the key substrate. The key panel unit has: a key top; a key panel; a key sheet; a first double sided tape which attaches first inner surfaces of the key top and the key panel to an outer surface of the key sheet; a waterproof sheet which is placed on the inner surface side of the key panel and the key sheet, covers the entire outer surface side of the key substrate, and has a periphery overlapping with an outer surface of the housing; a second double sided tape attaching a second inner surface of a periphery of the key panel to a periphery of an outer surface of the waterproof sheet; and a third double sided tape which attaches a periphery of an inner surface of the waterproof sheet to the outer surface of the housing.
