<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stroboscopic device and portable equipment capable of lighting a part of light-emitting elements, even when disabling lighting of all light-emitting elements. <P>SOLUTION: In a stroboscopic device 19 including a plurality of light-emitting elements 30, 31 and 32 connected in series, driving means 34 for lighting and driving the plurality of light-emitting elements 30, 31 and 32, a power storage element 6, and a battery power source 7 for supplying power to the power storage element 6, the driving means 34 can switch the power of the battery power source 7 among a power storage state of storing the power of the battery power source 7 in the power storage element 6, a first light-emitting state of supplying the power stored in the power storage element 6 to all of the light-emitting elements 30, 31 and 32, and a second light-emitting state of supplying the power stored in the power storage element 6 to a part of the light-emitting elements 30, 31 and 32. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
