The device has a flat, closable vessel with subdivisions forming compartments for determined periods and demand. A storage stores a present surplus tablet portion, which arises during necessary division. A small storage compartment (1) is undetachably integrated by manufacturing from cast iron. A large storage compartment is subdivided into sub-compartments. Liftable or tiltable inserts are provided in the sub-compartments. The device is made of white, non-transparent plastic. A flap lid (2) closes the device.
