LINEAR VIBRATOR AND MANUFACTURING OF THEREOF

PURPOSE: A linear vibrator and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the lifetime of a vibration generator by obtaining horizontal vibration through resonance. CONSTITUTION: A bracket(20) includes a sidewall part having the width of a constant size stood up on a rectangular shaped floor side and the four side of the floor side. The racket is arranged inside a case(10) having one opened side. A vibration part is composed of weights(21,22) installed inside the bracket. A spring(23) of '�� shape is fixed to the case and the bracket in a state of covering the bracket. A magnet(30) offers electromechanical power horizontally vibrating the vibration part. An air core coil(40) is installed at an constant interval with the magnet. A substrate member(50) is electrically connected with the air core coil. A substrate member has a structure of being combined with the opened one side of the case.
