KFRI 1212 AND IN VITRO GERMINATION METHOD OF GASTRODIA ELATA SEEDS USING THE KFRI 1212

PURPOSE: A novel Mycena sp.(KFRI 1212) strain and a method for germinating Gastrodiae Rhizoma seeds using the same are provided to recover reduction of domestic Gastrodiae Rhizoma source. CONSTITUTION: A method for germinating Gastrodiae Rhizoma seeds comprises: a step of performing primary culture of novel Mycena sp. KFRI 1212(KACC93108P) strain in a medium(containing glucose 25 g/l, yeast extract 2 g/l, glutamic acid 1g/l, thiamine 0.1 g/l, KH2PO4 2 g/l, MgSO4 0.5 g/l, disodium dihydrate EDTA 0.2 g/l, MnSO4 0.1 g/l); a step of inoculating fallen rice bran medium and performing secondary culture; a step of sterilizing pods containing Gastrodiae Rhizoma seeds by flame and scattering the seeds into a petridish containing agar (8 g/l); a step of cutting the fallen rice bran medium by 2x2 cm; and a step of placing on the center of the agar medium.
