<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce trouble in removing or adding equipment in a robot system performing an operation on a workpiece in each process while transporting the workpiece. <P>SOLUTION: A robot system 20A comprises a placing table 22A for receiving a workpiece W from a system 20F and delivering the workpiece W to a system 20B. The system 20A comprises a robot 30A for receiving and delivering the workpiece W from the placing table 22A of the system 20A to a placing table 22B of the system 20B and an operation unit 21A for performing an operation on the workpiece W on the placing table 22A. The system 20A comprises an RFID tag 33A put on the robot 30A, and a reader/writer head 25A for reading information on an RFID tag 33F by radio when a robot 30F delivers the workpiece W to the placing table 22A and writing information on the RFID tag 33A by radio when the robot 30A delivers the workpiece W from the placing table 22A. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
