PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid measurement apparatus which prevents a liquid from gathering between a detection element and an opposite part.

SOLUTION: A fluid measurement apparatus 1 in which an opposite part 35 of a housing 10 faces a detection element 21 across a predetermined clearance is provided with drain means 41 for draining liquid stuck on the opposite part 35 by guiding the liquid in a direction separating away from the opposite part 35 by capillarity.
