<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production plan preparation device which takes into account daily performance in each process, changes production sequence and gives work instruction so as to meet a delivery time. <P>SOLUTION: In a production plan preparation method for preparing a production plan for production processes composed of multiple operation processes, a status of a potential delivery delay is predicted from the current status of the production processes, a production simulation is conducted, by applying multiple dispatching rules for each of the production processes where a potential delivery delay is predicted by the above-mentioned prediction, an optimal dispatching rule is selected in comparison with a threshold of production management indicators such as delivery time compliance rate and total overtime hours based on the result of the production simulation conducted, and a production instruction according to the dispatching rule selected for the production process is given. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
