<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illumination device which allows reliable electrical connection between an electrode layer and a conductive film pattern without widening a contact part. <P>SOLUTION: The illumination device comprises, on a substrate, a light-emitting unit composed of a first electrode, a second electrode with transparency, and an organic EL light-emitting layer provided between the first electrode and the second electrode. The illumination device has a plurality of auxiliary wires provided so as to be in contact with the second electrode in a region overlapping the light-emitting unit and has a conductive layer connected to the plurality of auxiliary wires in a region outside the light-emitting unit and having a width wider than those of the auxiliary wires. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
