<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lock device for a lighter, for locking a normal lighter without a safety device so as to prevent the same from being ignited. <P>SOLUTION: A lock device 1 for a lighter includes: a tubular cap body 3 which can be mounted over an ignition part 22 of a lighter 2 while surrounding the overall outer circumferential surface of the ignition part 22; a pressing plate 4 which is accommodated inside the cap body 3; and a screw thread body 5 screwed to an outer circumferential wall part 31 of the tubular cap body 3 while passing through the outer circumferential wall part 31. An inner end of the screw thread body 5, which is positioned inside the tubular cap body 3, is attached to the pressing plate 4 so as to be freely turned and to be prevented from moving in an axial direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
