PURPOSE: A data receiver and a semiconductor memory apparatus including the same are provided to include an integrator which reduces an indirect interference component between second symbols by a data signal inputted before two data periods, thereby effectively receiving the data signal. CONSTITUTION: An integrator(1100) generates a first equalization signal by integrating a data signal based on a sampling feedback signal. A sense amplifier(1200) generates a second equalization signal by detecting the first equalization signal based on a sensing feedback signal. A latch part(1300) generates a sampling data signal by lathing the second equalization signal. The data signal includes first to N-th data successively inputted with each data period. The N is a natural number greater than 1. The sampling data signal includes first to N-th sampling data corresponding to one of the first to N-th data.
