[Problem] To provide supply goods that make it easy for companies and organizations to participate in carbon offset activities, and that inform general consumers that companies etc. are participating in carbon offset activities. [Solution] A carbon offset activity support system comprises: a communication means for accepting orders for supply goods, which indicate that commodities or labor contributes to carbon offsets, from user terminals; and a management means, which, on the basis of the carbon offset amount allocated per supply good and the number of supply goods ordered in an order accepted by the communication means, calculates the corresponding greenhouse gas offset amount, and with respect to the calculated greenhouse gas offset amount, assigns a unique code on the basis of a serial number assigned to a greenhouse gas reduction value purchased from a provider, and controls a printer in such a manner that a carbon offset certificate represented by the unique code is issued.
