PURPOSE: A water power generation device which can be temporarily installed on the surface of water is provided to enable efficient power generation by effectively controlling the current of water. CONSTITUTION: A water power generation device which can be temporarily installed on the surface of water comprises a floating body(110), a rotor(120), a generator(140), and one or more fixing units. The floating body has a water container(112) in which water passes through. The rotary shaft of the rotor is rotatably fixed to the top of the floating body. The generator is connected to the rotary shaft of the rotor. The fixing units connect the floating body to the bottom of a water current.
