<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To give a proper cooking instruction in consideration of abilities or the like different among respective individuals. <P>SOLUTION: A cooking instruction management device for transmitting an order accepted from the outside to terminals for giving cooking instructions is provided with a commodity master where a first table with which terminals for giving cooking instructions as transmission destinations are registered per ordered item, a second table with which employees are registered per terminal for giving cooking instructions, and a third table with which languages understandable to employees are registered per employee are recorded. The device specifies a terminal for giving cooking instructions as a transmission destination by referring to contents of the accepted order and the first table, extracts an employee registered for the specified terminal for giving cooking instructions by referring to the second table, selects a language understandable to the employee extracted by referring to the third table as a language for use in cooking instructions, and transmits cooking instructions prepared in the selected language to the terminal for giving cooking instructions. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
