<p>#CMT# #/CMT# The device (I) has plates (2, 3) carrying components (4, 5) respectively. The plate (2) has an outer zone (9) with an orifice (10) arranged near the component (4) and is supplied with deoxidising gaseous fluid (G1). The outer zone has another orifice (12) spaced apart from the component (4) and is supplied with neutral gaseous fluid (G2), and has a third orifice (14) provided between the orifices (10, 12). The plate (3) has another outer zone (17) surrounding the component (5). The plates manage a flat chamber (18) surrounding the components, when the components are in contact with each other. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Device for assembling components e.g. microelectronic components (claimed), with metal welding studs. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The orifice is injected with the deoxidizing gaseous fluid mixture in the chamber to saturate the area surrounding the components or to preserve the components from oxidation by atmospheric oxygen, and the other orifice can be injected with neutral gaseous fluid into a peripheral space of the chamber to prevent entry of air into the chamber, and finally the gaseous fluids injected into the chamber can be sucked into the third orifice, thus guarantying absence of oxygen in the chamber, and hence allowing use of the assembling device without risks to the health of operators, while offering high quality to the components. #CMT#DESCRIPTION OF DRAWINGS : #/CMT# The drawing shows a transverse sectional view of an assembling device.
